SALES TERMS
  1. Order confirmation. Orders are accepted only when confirmed in writing. The confirmation and invoice will identify the billing and fulfillment party.
  2. Payment. Selected terms apply. Preorders require a 30% deposit and balance before shipment unless approved otherwise. Net 30 is available only to approved accounts. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest or the maximum lawful rate, whichever is lower.
  3. Pricing and shipping. Confirmed prices apply. We will notify you of material tariff or price changes, and you may cancel affected unshipped goods. Carrier and freight are determined at shipment and added to the final invoice. Separate shipments may incur separate freight.
  4. Claims and returns. Please report shortages, damage, or defects in writing within 10 business days. Later-discovered issues are reviewed in good faith. Returns require authorization. For verified defects or our error, we cover reasonable return freight and provide a credit or replacement.
  5. Delays and changes. We will communicate delays beyond our reasonable control and help identify options. Changes or cancellations generally cannot be accepted after release to production.
  6. General. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the invoice value of affected merchandise. New Jersey law applies.
By signing, Buyer submits this order, confirms the merchandise is purchased for resale, and agrees to the Sales Terms above.
